If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Extension or Website.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and Harsh Vadhiya ("Developer," "we," "us"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for personal and commercial purposes (such as tracking billable work time) in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension.
• Redistribute, sublicense, or sell the Extension or any part of it.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or branding.
• Use the Extension for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to bypass any licensing or security mechanism.

4. User Data & Privacy

The Extension stores all browsing data locally on your device using IndexedDB. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to your browsing data, activity records, or any personal information stored by the Extension.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of tracked data.
• Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
• Compatibility with all browser versions or configurations.

We do not guarantee that the tracked time data will be 100% accurate. Factors such as browser crashes, service worker termination, system sleep, and other interruptions may cause minor gaps in tracking data. The heartbeat flush system minimizes data loss but cannot eliminate it entirely.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Extension. As the Extension is provided free of charge, our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Extension shall not exceed $0.

7. Third-Party Services

The Extension makes limited external requests to:

• Google Fonts — For loading the Inter typeface used in the UI.
• Google Favicon Service — For displaying website favicons in the dashboard and popup.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Website Blocking Feature

The Extension includes a website blocking feature that can prevent access to specified domains. By using this feature, you acknowledge that:

• You are voluntarily choosing to block access to websites.
• The Extension provides an "Unblock & Continue" option on blocked pages.
• We are not responsible for any consequences of websites being blocked or unblocked.
• Auto-block rules operate automatically based on your configured thresholds.

9. Termination

You may terminate your use of the Extension at any time by uninstalling it from your browser. Upon uninstallation, all locally stored data will be deleted by your browser as part of its standard extension cleanup process. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Extension at any time without notice, though we will make reasonable efforts to notify existing users of significant changes.

10. Intellectual Property

The Extension, including all code, design, branding, visuals, documentation, and content, is the intellectual property of Harsh Vadhiya. The name "Time Tracker Pro," logos, and associated branding are proprietary. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Extension's intellectual property beyond the limited use license described in Section 3.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of India.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
